Ahem... anyway, though Ginko is simple, you still put buttons on his shirt, showing your fantastic skill for detail. Even the edge of his shirt collar is curled over, just as he wears it himself.
Leaving him with no mouth was the right move, too, in my eyes. His slightly sleepy eye and thin eyebrow give off his personality nicely.
And of course, in his leafy domain here, it's the perfect setting for him.
Soo lovely! Please make me one someday! (Can you tell Ginko's my fav? Hee hee!)
The photo is well-done, what with the leaves and green and such.
BUT.
The doll is super huggable. If the recipient of this doll DOESN'T like him (which is impossible), that person would no longer be admirable.
He's just... such a Ginko. You worked your tail off and the ultra awesome results were well-paid-off... you need a day off.
I love Ginko!
